RESOLUTION NO. 80-190 APPROVING MAP AND DECLARING <br />INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF RIVERINE STREET <br />BETWEEN A POINT 150 FEET NORTH OF EIGHTH STREET <br />AND TEi~H STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange, <br />State of California, has adopted Resolution No. 60-931 respectfully <br />requesting that that portion of Riverine Street lying between Tenth <br />Street and 150 feet North of Eighth Street, in the City of Santa Ana, <br />California, be vacated and abandoned; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of <br />said vacation with the exception that at the Southerly end of the <br />portion to be abandoned the County construct a cul de sac "turn <br />around" maneuvering space for vehicles used in connection with public <br />activities on parcels fronting on the remaining portions of Riverine <br />Street, immediately South of the proposed abandonment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the map attached hereto, <br /> <br />marked "Exhibit A" is hereby approved and ordered filed with and as <br /> <br />a part of this Resolution in the office of the Clerk of the Council, <br /> <br />and reference is hereby made to said map for particulars as to the <br /> <br />street vacation proposed herein, and the City Council hereby declares <br /> <br />its intention to vacate and abandon that portion of Riverine Street <br /> <br />in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, <br /> <br />described as: <br /> <br /> That portion of Riverine Street in the City of Santa <br />Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a <br />map of Gardner and Moye's Addition to the Town of Santa <br />Ana recorded in Book 13, Page 24 of Miscellaneous Records <br />of Los Angeles County, State of California, bounded on the <br />North by the Easterly extension of the Northerly line of <br />Lot 12 and bounded on the South by the Easterly extension <br />of the Southerly line of Lot 4 in Block C of said Gardner <br />and Moye's Addition to the Town of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the hour of 7:30 P.M. on the <br />5th day of December, 1960, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Third <br />and Main Streets, Santa Ana, California, is the time and place fixed <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
