Pmblished Nov 19~ 26~ 1960 c: Pub Wks-Schick~ Planning <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 60-202 APPROVING MAP AND DECLARING <br />INTE/qTION TO VACATE A STRIP OF LAND TEN FEET WIDE <br />RUNNING EASTERLY FROM FORREST AVENUE WHICH HAS BEEN <br />A PUBLIC DRAINAGE EASF~MENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of the Public Works <br />Department, and after study, the City Council has determined that <br />the drainage easement herein described may be unnecessary for <br /> <br /> future drainage purposes. <br /> <br />present or <br /> <br /> NOW, <br /> <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: '~nat the City Council <br /> <br />hereby adopts the map attached hereto and orders that the same be <br />filed as a part of this Resolution in the office of the Clerk of <br />the Council, and reference is hereby made to said map for particulars <br />as to the drainage easement vacation herein proposed, and the City <br />Council hereby declares its intention to vacate for public drainage <br />purposes the easement located in the City of Santa Ana, County of <br />Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> The Northerly 10.00 feet of the Southerly 20.00 <br /> feet of Lot 56, in Tract No. 1907 as shown on a map <br /> thereof recorded in Book 135, Pages 20 and 21, <br /> Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the 5th day of December, 1960, <br />at the hour of 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Third <br />and Main Streets, Santa Ana, California, is hereby fixed as the <br />time and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting <br />to said vacation, and the City Council declares its intention to <br />proceed with said vacation under the provisions of the Public Service <br />Easements Vacation Law (Government Code, Sections 50430 through <br />50445). <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the Council is hereby ordered to publish a <br /> <br />copy of this Resolution in the Register for at least two successive <br />weeks prior to the hearing, and the Director of Public Works is <br />hereby ordered to post conspicuously along the lines of said <br />easement notices stating the adoption of this Resolution and giving <br />notice of the time and place of hearing as set out herein.
