RESOLUTION NO. 60-206 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WESLEY J. <br /> <br />presented to the City a deed dated October 5, 1960, conveying <br />vehicular access rights on the South side of First Street, East of <br />McClay Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WESLEY J. FARNEY and THE CRODDY C0~pQP~ION have <br />presented to the City a deed dated October 5, 1960, conveying <br />vehicular access rights on the South side of First Street, East of <br />McClay Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
