RESOLUTION NO. 60,.,207 A~rHORIZING CONDE~LNATION <br />OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />WIDENING BOLSA AVENUE AND DECLARING THE NECESSITY <br />THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bolsa Avenue, as it now exists from Harbor Boulevard <br /> <br />_$o the Westerly cit~ limits of the City of Santa Ana, is inadequate <br /> <br />in width to accomodate the flow of traffic presently using said <br /> <br />street. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana does hereby find and determine that public interest <br /> <br />and necessity require that Bolsa Avenue be widened and improved on <br /> <br />the North and South sides, and further require that said City do <br /> <br />have, take and acquire easements for street purposes over, through <br /> <br />and across certain lands in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, <br /> <br />State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Parcel 1. The Northerly 40 feet of the East 264 feet of <br />the West 294 feet of the North 330 feet of the East half <br />of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of <br />Section 16, in Township 5 South, Range 10 West, in the <br />Rancho Las Bolsas, in the City of Santa Ana, as shown on <br />a map thereof recorded in Book 51, Page 12, Miscellaneous <br />Maps, records of Orange County. Excepting that portion <br />previously dedicated for street purposes. <br /> <br />Parcel 2. The Northerly 40 feet of the West 30 feet of <br />the East half of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast <br />quarter of Section 16, in Township 5 South, Range 10 West, <br />in the Rancho Las Bolsas, City of Santa Ana, as shown on <br />the map thereof recorded in Book 51, Page 12, Miscellaneous <br />Maps, records of Orange County. Excepting therefrom that <br />portion previously dedicated for street purposes. <br /> <br />.Parcel 3a.
