RESOLUTION NO. 60..208 ACCEPTING OFFERS OF <br />DEDICATION AS SHOWN ON MAPS OF TRACT NO. <br />2207 AND TRACT NO. 2208 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, final subdivision maps of Tract No. 2207 <br />and Tract NO. 2208 were approved by the City of Santa Ana and were <br />recorded as provided for by the Statutes of this State; which said <br />maps showed strips of land reserved for drainage purposes. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />hereby accepts the drainage easements <br />said two Tract Maps as follows: <br /> <br /> That the City of Santa Ana <br />offered by the recording of <br /> <br />The Westerly 30 feet of Tract No. 2207, as shown on <br />the map thereof recorded in Book 62, Pages 23 and 24 <br />of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, <br />California; and <br /> <br />The Westerly 30 feet of Tract No. 2208, as shown on <br />the map thereof recorded in Book 64, Pages 23 and 24 <br />of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, <br />California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City cf Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1?th day of 0c~e~er . , <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />1960. <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, MARION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of <br />the Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution <br />was regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held <br />on the l?th day of 0c%®~er , 1960, and was at said meeting <br />regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: Reyal E.
