RESOLUTION I~0. 60-215 ACCEPTING DEEDS %~YHERE <br />T_{E CII'Y IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATIOL' <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, m~;ELYN [.~. ROPER and EARL H. ROPER have ~oresented to <br /> <br />the City a deed dated September 15, 1960 conveying an easement for <br /> <br />street purposes on the South side of frask Avenue, East of Berrydale <br /> <br />Street; and <br /> <br /> %'HnR~aS, HUBERT !~ELTON and RENA ~4ELTOI,~ have presented to the <br /> <br />City a deed dated ~[ovember 2, 1960, conveying an easement for stree <br /> <br />purposes on the North side of Edinger Street, West of Fairview <br /> <br />Street; and Hubert and. Rena Melton portion of this Reso rescinded by Reso 60-277 <br /> (see attached ~eso 60-277) <br /> W~HEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br /> <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br />NO?i, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; That the City of Santa Ana <br /> <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
