[~ALL, <br /> <br />ED~ARD A. HALL, and THO4AS LYOiq iiALL have now requested drive way <br /> <br />locations across said area, and the City has determined to grant <br />the same; and <br /> <br /> ?~I~EREAS, heretofore the City has acquired street right of way <br /> <br />on the West side of Fairview Street, South of Harvard Street, Which <br /> <br />overlaps a predetermined Orange County Flood Control District drainage <br /> <br />channel, and the City has determined to grant said overlapping area <br /> <br />to the ORANGE COL~TY FLOOD CO~;TROL DISTRICT. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the liayor and the Clerk <br /> <br />of the Council are hereby directed to execute a Quitclaim Deed_qkg~t- <br /> <br />all the vehicular access rights on the West side of Standard Avenue, <br /> <br />__Sg~b .9? ~%~g.e~ street,9nd to deliver the same to said owners. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the CleriC of the <br /> <br />Council are hereby directed to execute a Quitclaim Deed quitclaiming <br />to the ©iQ%NGE COUIj~i~Y FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT that parcel located on <br />-the West side of Fairview Street, South of Harvard Street, for the <br />Greenville-Banning Channel, and denoted as parcel 802 by said ORANGE <br />COUNTY ~LOOD CON'~ROL DISTRICT, and to deliver the same to said CRA~GE <br /> <br />COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of Noven~er, 1960. <br /> <br />AT~EST: <br /> <br /> .Al,,. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
