35303 on the date of the adoption of this Resolution; that said territory is contiguous to the City of Santa Ana, lies in the County of Orange, State of California, and is described as: Commencing at a point in the City boundary of the City of Santa Ana, California, said point being the Southeast corner of Lot 10 of the Williams Tract, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 30, Page 14 of Deeds, ~ecords of Los Angeles County, California, and running thence South ~8o 45' 1G" West along the South line of said Lot 10 a distance of 203 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing South 88° 45' 18~' West a distance of 726 feet, more or less, to the Southeast corner of '~ract Number 3679, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 132, Pages 4, 5 and 6 of Miscellaneous Maps, ~ecords of Orange County, California, and to an angle point in the City boundary of the City of Santa Ana; thence North 1° 00' 10'~ West along said City boundary and along the East line of said ~ract Number 3679 and its Northerly prolongation a distance of 1220 feet, more or less, to the North line of that certain parcel of land described in a Lis Pendens in Case Number 86224, recorded in Book ~0~6, ?ages 384 and 385, Official Records of said Orange County; thence North 87° 44' 45~' East along said North line a distance of 158 feet, more or less, to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 950.00 feet; thence Northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 27° 27' 1~~' an arc distance of 455.21 feet to the beginning of a tangent reverse curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 10~0.00 feet; thence ~ortheasterly along said reverse curve an arc distance of 152 feet, more or less, to the point of intersection of said reverse curve with the Northerly exten- sion of a line which is 203 feet Westerly, measured at right angles, from and parallel with the East line of said Lot 10; thence South 1~ 03' 20" East along last mentioned parallel line a distance of 1401 feet, more or less, to the true point of beginning. DE I~ FURTHER RESOLVED: '£hat "Delhi and Raitt S. E. Annex~' is hereby designated as an appropriate name by which said territory shall be known for the purpose of this annexation. BE I~ FURTHER RESOLVED: 'fhat notice is hereby given that December 19, 19~0, at the hour of 7:30 P.~. in the Council Chambers, City ~all, 3rd and ~ain Streets, Santa Ana, California, is the time and place fixed at which said Council will hear protests against this annexation made by any person owning property within said territory.
