CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> DEFINITION OF BID ITEMS <br /> PROJECT NO.: 25-6030 <br /> TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION AT SEGERSTROM AVENUE AND ROSEWOOD <br /> AVENUE <br /> Bid Item No.26- CCTV Inspection of Existing Sewer Main and Laterals (Pre and Post <br /> Construction) <br /> The work under this item consists of performing a pre-construction and a post-construction CCTV <br /> inspection of the existing sewer main and laterals. <br /> Payment for this item shall be at the contract unit price bid per Lump Sum as listed in the Bid <br /> Proposal,and shall include full compensation for doing all work,including furnishing all materials, <br /> labor, equipment, tools, removals, disposal of materials and incidentals as required and no <br /> additional compensation will be allowed therefore. <br /> Bid Item No. 27- Temporary Above Ground Sewer Line with Backup Pumps and Tractor <br /> Truck <br /> Payment for this item shall be at the contract unit price bid per Lump Sum as listed in the Bid <br /> Proposal,and shall include full compensation for doing all work,including furnishing all materials, <br /> labor, equipment, tools, and incidentals as required and no additional compensation will be <br /> allowed therefore. <br /> Bid Item No.28- Pedestrian Barricade <br /> Payment for this item shall be at the contract unit price bid per Linear Foot as listed in the Bid <br /> Proposal,and shall include full compensation for doing all work,including furnishing all materials, <br /> labor, equipment, tools, and incidentals as required and no additional compensation will be <br /> allowed therefore. <br /> Bid Item No.29- Project Advertising Sign(s) <br /> Payment for Project Advertising Sign shall be at the contract unit price bid per Each item listed <br /> in the Bid Proposal, and shall include full compensation for doing all work, including furnishing <br /> all materials,labor,equipment,tools,disposal of all removed materials,and incidentals as required <br /> and no additional compensation will be allowed therefore. <br /> Bid Item No. 30- Construction Permit <br /> The work under this item consists of obtaining a Construction Permit at the City of Santa Ana <br /> Public Works Development Services counter and making the required deposit (refer to Section 2- <br /> 2a,Construction Permit, of these Special Provisions). <br /> Payment for Construction Permits shall be at the contract unit price bid per Lump Sum listed in <br /> the Bid Proposal, and shall include full compensation for doing all work and no additional <br /> compensation will be allowed therefore. <br /> 8 of 8 <br />
