ALL TRENCHES SHALL BE BACKEILLED AND HAVE TEMPORARY PAVEMENT CONSTRUCTED OR COVERED WITH <br /> STEEL RECESSED TRAFFIC PLATES AT THE END OF EACH WORKING DAY. <br /> IN THE EVENT STEEL PLATES CANNOT BE RECESSED.
