RESOLUTION NO. 60-236 ACCEPTING DEEDS ?~4ERE THE <br />CiTY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, SUPRF~LE INVESTWiENT CO., a corporation, has presented <br /> <br />to the City a Corporation Quitclaim Deed dated November 15, 1960, /~ <br />quitclaiming an easement for alley purposes for Tract No. 3547; and <br /> <br /> %~HEREAS, DANIEL P. STEWART and HAZEL A. STEWART have presented <br /> <br />to the City a deed dated November 15, 1960, conveying an easement for <br /> <br />street purposes on the North side of Seventeenth Street, West of <br /> <br />Berrydale Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, JOE S. ARIANO and MARY ARiA~O have presented to the <br /> <br />City a deed dated November 3, 1960, conveying an easement for street "~ <br /> <br />purposes on the North side of Silver Drive, West of Verano Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LONG BEACH L~EAS NG CORPORATION and JOHN B. KI~O_~Y have <br />presented to the City a deed dated November 2, 1960, conveying an /~ <br />easement for street purposes providing for Susan Street from Central <br />Avenue to Segerstrom Road; and <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being <br />paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, 'i'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
