RESOLUTION NO. ~0 -2l~. CONCERNING PARKING LI~LITATIOI~S AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH: B~ IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the ~rovisic~s of the California Vehicle Code, Section 2]3+58, and the Santa Aha Municipal Cods, Sections 3201 and 3215, the City declares: RESOLUTION 57-22 adopted on the Fourth day of February, 1957, ordering the curb painted YELLOW as follows: Third Street On the north side of Third Street between Sycamore Street and Broadway as follow: West 19 feet of the East 99 feet is hereby repealed m~d rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause the paint to be removed or covered on said curb. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code, Section 21&58, and the Santa Ana Municipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3218, Passenger and/or freight loading zone are hereby sstablished as follows: Third Street On the South side of Third Street between Broadway and Sycamore Street as follows: West 30 feet of the East ll6 feet and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb and install si&ms to effectuate the regulation as herein.bore described.
