RESOLUTION NO...~ <br /> <br /> CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS M~D CURB i*~LRKINGS IN ACCORDanCE THERAWITH: <br /> <br />PE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code, <br />Section 21A58 and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3215, the City <br />declares: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 57-277 adopted on the Fourth day of November, 1957 ordering the curb painted <br />yellow as follows: <br /> <br /> Fourth Street <br /> <br /> On the North side of Fourth Street between M~in <br /> <br /> Street and Bush Street as follows: <br /> <br /> East ~7 feet of the West 67 feet <br /> <br />Is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed <br />to cause the paint to be removed or covered on said curbs. <br /> <br />BE IT FURT~ ~SOL%~D: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle <br /> <br />Code, Section 21~58 and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections 3201 ~nd 3218, Passenger <br />and/or freight loading zono are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br /> Fourth Street <br /> <br /> On the South side of Fourth Street Between Main <br /> <br /> Street and Bush Street as follows: <br /> <br /> East 19 feet of the West 39 feet <br /> <br />and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb YELLOW and <br />install signs to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOF~ED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regmlar meeting held <br /> <br />on' the 21mt day of N~vem~er ~960. <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFOm~IA) <br /> )ss <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />I, MARION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of the City <br />of Santa ~a, and that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced to said <br /> <br />Council at its regular meeting held on the 2-lst day of November 1960, <br /> <br />and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> <br />
