RESOLUTION NO. 60-247 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, MAF~ING FINDINGS ON PETITION <br />AND WAIVER (ASSESSME~2 DISTRICT NO. 204) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Aha, California, a Petition signed by certain <br />property owners requesting the construction of certain improve- <br />ments in Golden West Avenue and other Streets (Assessment <br />District No. 204) in said City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Petition contains a waiver of the provisions <br />and limitations prescribed by Division 4 of the Streets and <br />Highways Code of the State of California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Clerk of the Council has reported that said <br />Petition and Waiver contains the signatures of all of the owners <br />of more than sixty (60%) percent in area of the property to be <br />subject to the assessment for said improvement, all in accordance <br />with said Division 4. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The City Council finds that said Petition and <br />Waiver has been signed by all of the owners of more than Sixty <br />(60%) percent in area of the property to be subject to assessment <br />for the improvement requested in said Petition, and meets the <br />requirements of Section 2804 of said Division 4 of the Streets <br />and Highways Code of the State of California. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
