ESOLUTION NO. 60-248 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICA- <br /> TIONS AND M_AP OF THE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS IN <br /> GOLDEN WEST AVENUE AND OTHER STREETS (ASSESSMENT <br /> DISTRICT NO.'~04) IN SAID CITY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the City of <br />Santa Aha, California, has submitted to the City Council, <br />pursuant to its order, plans, profiles, specifications and <br />map of the Assessment District, for construction of certain <br />improvements in Golden West Avenue and other streets <br />(Assessment District No. 204) in said City; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the plans, profiles, specifications <br />and map of the Assessment District known as Assessment District <br />No. 204, of the City of Santa Aha, California, be and the same <br />are each hereby approved and adopted. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
