RESOLUTION NO. 60-251 ACCEPTI~[G DEEDS WHERE <br />THE CITY IS PAYIi~G NO CASH CONSIDERA!~ION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ~NA~ETH C. PRICE and MARCIA HUBER PRICE have <br />presented to the City a deed dated November 21, 1960, conveying <br />an easement for street purposes on ~cFadden Avenue, East of the <br />Santa Ana Eiver; and <br /> <br />dated Noven~oer 23, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes <br /> <br />on the East side of ~Jewhope Street, South of Westminster Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, $~Pd~LAN L. SCOTT and JESSIE ~',i. SCOTT, have oresented <br /> <br />to the City a deed dated August 18, 1960, conveying an easement fbr -- <br />street purposes on the East side of Berrydale Street, North of <br />'fwenty-First Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, G. ALWAY, INC., a corporation, has presented to the/~ ~ <br /> /! <br />City a deed dated November 22, 1960, granting certain parcels of <br /> <br />land for street purposes on Twenty-First Street, East of Berrydale <br />Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE Z'~ RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
