RESOLUTION NO. 60~63 ACCEPTING DEw-nS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDF/~ATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WILLIAM F. CONTRERAS and CLAP~% V. CONTRERAS have <br />presented to the City~eeds dated December 1, 1960, <br />conveying to the City easements for street purposes, one of which <br />iS located on the Northwest corner of Bolsa Avenue and Verano Stree~,~.~ <br />the other two of which are located on the North sade of Bolsa Avenue.~ <br />West of Ver~o Street, in consideration of the payment of $!0,331.00~ <br />Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 45603-F with <br />Security Title Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Ann, <br />California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS,--VERLE L. JOHNSON has presented to the City a deed I ~ <br />dated December 12, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes on <br />the North side of Edinger Street, West of Greenville Street, in consid- <br />eration of the payment of $1~28.00. Said transaction is to be handled <br />through Escrow No. 45668-F with the Security Title Insurance Company, <br />825 North Broadway, Santa Ann, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ALICE L. DUKE has presented to the City a deed dated <br />December 3, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes on the ;~' <br />North side of Bolsa Avenue, West of Newhope Street, in consideration <br />of the payment of $324.00. Said transaction is to he handled through <br />Escrow No. 45601-F with the Security Title Insurance Company, 825 <br />North Broadway, Santa Ann, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, VIVIAN ROGERS PATTERSON has presented to the City a <br /> <br />deed dated December 3, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes <br /> <br />North of Bolsa Avenue, East of Verano Street, in consideration of the <br /> <br />payment.Of $690.00.
