RESOLUTION NO. 60-~ ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br />the City a deed dated December 5, 1960, conveying an easement for <br /> <br />street purposes on the South side of McFadden Street, East of Pacific <br /> <br />Street; and <br /> <br />dated December 7, 1960, COnveying an easement for street purposes on <br /> <br />the East side of Berrydale Street, South of Trask Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the O~ANGE CO,rawlY FLOOD CON,WAY. DISTRICT, a body <br /> <br />politic and corporate, has presented to the City an easement deed <br /> <br />dated Deceraber 6, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes On <br /> <br />the North side of Bolsa Avenue, East of Verano Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without a cash consideration <br /> <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br /> <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
