RESOLUTION NO. 60-~6~: AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR <br />OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ACCEPT A LICENSE TO CONSTRUCT, <br />~.~L%INTAI~ AND OPERATE A 3~-INCH CORRUGATED ~LETAL <br />PIPE STOPa4 DRAIN BENEATH THE TRACKS AND/OR RIGHT- <br />OF-WAY OF THE PACIFIC ELECTRIC RAILWAY COi~PANY <br />BETWEEN BRISTOL AND ~'~L%IN STREETS <br /> <br /> ?~EREAS, the City of Santa Ana desires to construct and <br />maintain a storm drain beneath the tracks and/or right-of-way of <br />the Pacific Electric Railway Company, a corporation, between <br />Bristol and Main Streets in the City of Santa Aha, in order to <br />provide for the drainage of surface water; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on the 21st day of November, 1960, the Pacific <br />Electric Railway Company offered a license to the City for the <br />construction of such a storm drain. Said license was offered <br />without monetary consideration. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Director of Public <br />Works, Mr. Hugh H.
