RESOLUTION NO. 60-283 ESTABLISHING A PEDESTRIAN CROSSWALK AND RED VISION ZONES ON APPROACHES: BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code, Section 21106 and the Santa Aha Municipal Codee Section 3201 and 3224, a 232 feet South of 19th Streetu.~=~o and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the stree~ markings and install signs to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described. BE IT FUHTHEH RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code, Section 21558 and the Santa Ana Municipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3213, NO PARKING ZONES are hereby established as follows: On the East side of College Avenue between 17th St. and 19th St. South 40 feet of the North 272 feet. and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb RED to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described.
