RESOLUTION 66-1 ADOPTING PRECISE STREET <br />ALIGNMENT OF FAIRVIEWSTREET BETWEEN WARNER <br />AVENUE AND THE SOUTH CITY LIMITS AS SHOWN ON <br />EXHIBIT P.P.S.A. %13 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning <br />Cc=unission has recommended by its Resolution No. 5756 that a <br />precise street alignment for Fairview Street be adopted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing before the City Council, <br />on notice as required by law, said Council has determined that <br />the recommended precise street alignment be adopted. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds <br />and determines that the public interest, necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require that a precise plan of aligr~ent for Fairview <br />Street, between Warner Avenue and the south City L/mits, be estab- <br />lished and said Council hereby adopts the street alignment plan of <br />Fairview Street as shown on a detailed drawing entitled "PRECISE <br />ALIGNMENT, FAIRVIEW STREET, HUNTZINGER AVENU~ TO WARNER AVENUE". <br />Copies of said drawing are on file in the Department of Public Works <br />and in the Planning Department of the City of Santa Ana for <br />inspection by the public. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of January, 1966. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF TH~ COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
