Thomas and wife recorded <br />October 23, 1934, in Book 711, page 70 of Official Records; <br />thence North 89° 20' 15" West along the South line of <br />Parcel 3 as described in said deed 1179.50 feet to a <br />point in the Easterly line of the right of way of the <br />Santa Ana and Newport Railway Company; thence North along <br />the Easterly line of said right of way 738.97 feet to a <br />point which is North 89° 20' 15" West from the point of <br />beginning; thence South 89° 20' 15" East 1179.46 feet to <br />the point of beginning. <br /> <br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying Southerly of the <br />Easterly prolongation of the Northerly line of Edinger <br />Avenue, as shown on the Map of Tract 5286, recorded in <br />Book 188, pages 22 and 23 of Miscellaneous Maps, records <br />of Orange County, California. <br /> <br />Said temporary easement will terminate upon completion <br />and acceptance by the City of SantaAna of said drainage <br />channel from Edinger Avenue to Warner Avenue. <br /> <br />PARCEL 2A: <br /> <br />PARCEL 2B: <br /> <br />An easement for drainage purposes over the Westerly 16.00 <br />feet of the Northerly 456.76 feet of that portion of the <br />land allotted to Frederick W. Koll, as described in the <br />Final Decree of Partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa <br />Ana, which was entered September 12, 1868 in Book "B", <br />page 410 of Judgments of the District Court of the 17th <br />Judicial District in and for Los Angeles County, California, <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the East line of Section 19, in <br />Township 5 South, Range 9 West, San Bernardino Base and <br />Meridian, distant 1979.46 feet South of the Northeast <br />corner of said Section, said point of beginning being the <br />Southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to Frank M. <br />Thomas by deed recorded in Book 42, page 365, Deeds; <br />thence South along said Section line 2031.28 feet, more <br />or less, to the Northeast corner of tract of land conveyed <br />to James F. Smith by deed recorded in Book 78, page 255, <br />Deeds; thence West along the North line of said Tract, <br />1179.5 feet to the East line of the right of way of the <br />Santa Ana and Newport Railway Company; thence North along <br />said East line 2035.00 feet, more or less, to the South <br />line of Tract conveyed to Frank M. Thomas as aforesaid; <br />thence East 1179.5 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />An easement for drainage purposes over that portion of <br />the land allotted to Frederick W.
