RESOLUTION 66-19 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE
<br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, JACOBA V. OBISPO and NATALIO S. VINOYA have
<br />delivered to the City a deed dated January 6, 1966, conveying an
<br />easement for street purposes at the southeast corner of McFadden
<br />Avenue and Euclid Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, PHILIP R. LEOS and FRANCES S. LEOS have delivered
<br />to the City a deed dated January 21, 1966, conveying an easement for
<br />street purposes on the north side of Roosevelt Street, west of Euclid
<br />Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the ELLIOTT COMPANY, a Partnership, has delivered
<br />to the City a deed dated January 6, 1966, conveYing an easement for
<br />street purposes north and south of Adams Street, east of Raitt Street;
<br />and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, GRAND CENTRAL INDUSTRIAL CENTRE, a corporation,
<br />formerly Grand Central Terminal Co., has delivered to the City a deed
<br />dated January 18, 1966, conveying an easement for street purposes on
<br />the south side of Dyer Road, east of Kilson Drive; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, FAITH ASSEMBLY CHURCH OF SILVER ACRES, a corporation,
<br />has delivered to the City a deed dated June 28, 1965, conveying an
<br />easement for street purposes on the north side of Eighth Street, west
<br />of Rosita Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, JAMES A LUKENS and FLORENCE B. LUKENS have delivered
<br />to the City a deed dated January 18,1966, conveying an easement for
<br />street purposes on the south sideof Edinger Avenue, east of Fairview
<br />Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, GULF OIL CORPORATION, a Pennsylvania corporation,
<br />has delivered to the City a deed dated January 7, 1966, conveying an
<br />easement for street purposes on the east side of Grand Avenue, and
<br />the south side of Santa Clara Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, STAFAC INC., a Delaware corporation, and SHELL OIL
<br />COMPANY, a Delaware corporation, have delivered to the City a deed
<br />dated November 12, 1965, conveying an easement for street purposes
<br />at the southwest corner of Harbor Boulevard and McFadden Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, CLARA E. VOSE has delivered to the City a deed
<br />dated January 28, 1966, conveying an easement for street purposes
<br />on the west side of Bristol Street, Memory Lane to Santiago Creek;
<br />and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, AKIDA MIYODA and GEORGE MIYODA have delivered to
<br />the City a deed dated January 27, 1966, conveying an easement for
<br />street purposes on the east side of Newhope Street, south of First
<br />Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, AKIDA MIYODA and GEORGE MIYODA have delivered to
<br />the City a deed dated January 27, 1966, conveying an easement for
<br />street purposes for Berry Street, north of Camille Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, RUSSELL ROHRS and CALVIN ROHRS, as trustees under
<br />the Declaration of Trust recorded June 24, 1965 in Book 7569, page 417,
<br />Official Records, with power of sale, have delivered to the City a
<br />deed dated February 2, 1966, conveying an easement for street purposes
<br />on the south side of Seventeenth Street, east of Mabury Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
<br />being paid to said grantors by the City.
