Agreement with Elite Command Training to Provide Training Services for the <br />Urban Area Security Initiative Grant Program FY2021 - FY2025 (Specification <br />No. 24-131A) (Non-General Fund) <br /> <br />Department(s): Police Department <br /> <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute a three-year <br />agreement, with two, one-year renewal options, with Elite Command Training to <br />provide on-going training deliverables to the Anaheim/Santa Ana Urban Area on an <br />as-needed basis, for the period of February 4, 2025 through February 3, 2028 in an <br />aggregate amount not to exceed $498,672 (Agreement No. A-2025-014). <br /> <br />15. Agreement with California Forensic Phlebotomy Incorporated for Blood <br />Technician Services (General Fund) <br /> <br />Department(s): Police Department <br /> <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute a one-year <br />agreement with California Forensic Phlebotomy Incorporated to perform blood <br />technician services for the Police Department in an amount not to exceed $64,520, <br />for the period of March 5, 2025 through March 4, 2026 (Agreement No. A-2025- <br />015).
