RESOLUTION 66-26 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE CITY
<br />IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, JOE V. RIOS and GUADALUPE VASQUEZ DOCTOLERO have
<br />executed a deed dated February 4, 1966, conveying to the City an
<br />easement for street purposes on the north side of Eighth Street,
<br />east of English Street, in consideration of the sum of $379.00
<br />and certain remedial work to be done by the City; said transaction
<br />is to be handled through Escrow No. 873656-hrb with First American
<br />Title Insurance and Trust Company, Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, J. CONCEPCION OROZCO and TRINIDAD D. OROZCO have
<br />executed a deed dated February 4, 1966, conveying to the City ease-
<br />ments for street purposes on the south side of Eighth Street, west
<br />of Townsend Street, in consideration of the sum of $355.00 and certain
<br />remedial work to be done by the City; said transaction is to be
<br />handled through Escrow No. 873637-hrb with First American Title
<br />Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Aha, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, LEONARD G. HERNANDEZ and ESTHER HERNANDEZ have
<br />executed a deed dated February 4, 1966, conveying to the City real
<br />property located on the south side of Eighth Street, west of Western
<br />Avenue, in consideration of the sum of $13,000.00; said transaction
<br />is to be handled through Escrow No. 873642-hrb with First American
<br />Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, YSIDORO BELTRAN and GUILLERMA BELTRAN have executed
<br />a deed dated February 4, 1966, conveying to the City real property
<br />located on the south side of Eighth Street, west of Western Avenue,
<br />in consideration of the sum of $8,800.00; said transaction is to be
<br />handled through Escrow No. 873651-hrb with First American Title
<br />Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, HAZEL L. PENDARVIS has executed a deed dated September
<br />20, 1965, conveying to the City an easement for street purposes on
<br />the south side of Eighth Street, west of Pacific Avenue, in consider-
<br />ation of the sum of $2,130.00 and certain remedial work to be done
<br />by the City; said transaction is to be handled through Escrow
<br />No. 872593-hrb with First American Title Insurance & Trust Company,
<br />Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHERF~%S, MANUEL G. AYALA has executed a deed dated February 10,
<br />1966, conveying to the City an easement for street purposes on the
<br />south side of Eighth Street, east of Hawley Street, in consideration
<br />of the sum of $1,445.00 and certain remedial work to be done by the
<br />City; said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 873643-hrb
<br />with First American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana,
<br />California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, LATIN AMERICAN ASSEMBLIES OF GOD IN CALIFORNIA, a
<br />California corporation, has executed a deed dated February 9, 1966,
<br />conveying to the City an easement for street purposes on the south
<br />side of Eighth Street, west of Raitt Street, in consideration of the
<br />sum of $2,560.00 and certain remedial work to be done by the City;
<br />said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 873661-hrb with
<br />First American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Aha, California;
<br />and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, MARION L. KOCHAN has executed a deed dated February 8,
<br />1966, conveying to the City real property on the north side of Eighth
<br />Street, west of English Street, in consideration of the sum of
<br />$1,840.00 and certain remedial work to be done by the City; said
<br />transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 873659-hrb with First
<br />American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California; and
