WHEREAS, GALAXY CONSTRUCTION CO., INC., a California <br />corporation, and W. E. FISHER and ELEANOR S. FISHER have executed a <br />deed dated February 1, 1966, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an <br />easement for drainage purposes and a temporary easement to be used <br />in conjunction with construction of a drainage channel~on the north <br />side of Edinger Avenue, east of the Southern Pacific Railroad right <br />of way, in consideration of the sum of $691.00 and improvements to <br />be installed by the City; said temporary easement will terminate upon <br />completion and acceptance by the City of Santa Ana of said drainage <br />channel from Edinger Avenue to Warner Avenue. This transaction is to <br />be handled through Escrow No. 873671-hrb with First American Title <br />Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, FRANCIS HARVEY VENIA, JR. and CHRISTINE L. VENIA have <br />executed a deed dated January 21, 1966, conveying to the City of <br />Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the south side of Warner <br />Avenue, east of Orange Avenue, in consideration of the sum of <br />$2,165.00; said transaction is to be handled through Escrow <br />No. 873666-hrb with First American Title Insurance & Trust Company, <br />Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, JESSIE H. VIVANCO and CONNIE A. VIVANCO have <br />executed a deed dated February 4, 1966, conveying to the City of <br />Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the south side of Eighth <br />Street, west of English Street, in consideration of the sum of <br />$2,175.00 and certain remedial work to be done by the City; said <br />transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 873636-hrb with <br />First American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa <br />Ana accepts said deeds and Carl J.
