RESOLUTION 66-28 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A DEED <br />GRANTING TO THE COUNTY OF ORANGE A STRIP OF LAND <br />117 FEET WIDE BETWEEN SIXTH AND EIGHTH STREETS TO <br />CARRY INTO EFFECT AN AGREEMENT MADE BETWEEN THE <br />PARTIES HERETO DATED JANUARY 18, 1966, FOR EXCHANGE <br />OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana and the County of Orange <br />entered into an agreement for an exchange of real property to <br />allow the new courthouse to be located further to the east. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the <br />Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute a deed granting to the County of Orange the real property <br />in the County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Ail that certain land situated in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, bounded on the West <br />by the easterly line of that certain land described in the <br />Deed to the County of Orange, recorded August 30, 1965, in <br />Book 7648, Page 672, of Official Records in the Office of <br />the County Recorder of said County; bounded on the East by <br />a line lying 117.00 feet easterly of and parallel with the <br />easterly line of the land described in said Deed; bounded <br />on the North by the easterly extension of the northerly line <br />of the land described in said Deed; and bounded on the South <br />by the easterly extension of the southerly line of the land <br />described in said Deed, <br /> <br />and to deliver the same to the County of Orange. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of February, 1966. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
