RESOLUTION 66-34 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A <br />QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO <br />OWNERS OF RECORD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located <br />on the east side of Grand Avenue, and the south side of McFadden <br />Avenue, dedicated vehicular access rights to the City and the present <br />owners have now requested access rights to McFadden Avenue, which the <br />City has determined should be granted. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed <br />quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING <br />FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, all vehicular <br />access rights to McFadden Avenue in the City of Santa Ana, County of <br />Orange, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br />Ail vehicular access rights to McFadden Avenue over the Easterly <br />22.00 feet of the Westerly 70.00 feet of the following described <br />property: <br /> <br />Those portions of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter <br />of Section 17, Township 5 South, Range 9 West, in the lands <br />allotted to N. O. Stafford and C. Tustin and to F. W. Koll as <br />described in the Final Decree of Partition of the Rancho Santiago <br />de Santa Ana, which was entered September 12, 1868 in Book "B", <br />page 410 of Judgments of the District Court of the Seventeenth <br />Judicial District in and for Los Angeles County, California, <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />That land conveyed to the Southern California Edison Company by <br />deed, dated April 5, 1960, and recorded in Book 5186, page 210, <br />of Official Records of Orange County, California, described as <br />follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section 17, <br />thence East 423.50 feet; thence North 991.29 feet parallel with <br />the West line of said Section, to the monumented center line of <br />McFadden Avenue as shown on a map filed in Book 29, Page 48, of <br />Records of Surveys, in the office of the County Recorder of said <br />Orange County; thence West 423.55 feet along said monumented <br />center line to the West line of said Section; thence South <br />989.27 feet to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of March, 1966. <br /> <br /> [~ MAYOR ~ I~ <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
