RESOLUTION 66-37 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CARL J. KLATT and LENA A. KLATT have executed a deed <br />dated March 10, 1966, conveying to the City of Santa Ana certain <br />real property on the west side of Tustin Avenue, north of Santa Clara <br />Avenue~ and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, RUSSELL ROHRS, a married man as his separate property~ <br />MARVIN ROHRS, a married man as his separate property~ LOIS BROWN, a <br />marriedwo~an as her separate property~ and MARVIN ROHRS, RUSSELL <br />ROHRS, and LOIS BROWN, as trustees under trust A, under a Declaration <br />of Trust by Fred Rohrs, dated April 2, 1963, have executed a deed <br />dated February 21, 1966, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an <br />easement for traffic signal purposes on the south side of Seventeenth <br />Street, east of Grand Avenue~ and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WILLARDF. O'CONNER and SUSIE V. O'CONNERhave <br />executed a deed dated March 8, 1966, conveying to the City of Santa <br />Ana easements for street purposes at the southwest corner of Vance <br />and Lacy Streets~ and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, HORACE RAY HEARN and IMOGENE HEA/kNhave executed a <br />deed dated March 1, 1966, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an <br />easement for street purposes for Acapulco Avenue cul-de-sac, east <br />of Corta Drive~ and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED= That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
