PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />ADDITIONAL INSURED - PRIMARY AND NONCONTRIBUTORY - <br />AUTOMATIC STATUS WHEN REQUIRED IN A WRITTEN CONTRACT OR <br />AGREEMENT <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />A. Section |1-Who Is An Insured is amended Uzinclude esanadditional insured any person urorganization <br />when you and such person or organization have agreed in writing in a contract or agreement that such person <br />ororganization beadded mmanadditional insured mnyour policy. <br />Such person or organization is on additional insured only with nympeoi to ||ab||hy for "bodily injur/'. "property <br />damage" or "personal and advertising injury" caused, in whole or in part, by: <br />1. Your acts oromissions; or <br />2. The acts or omissions of those acting on your behalf; <br />in the performance of your ongoing operations for the additional inoured, but only for tcoumanuem or <br />coverages not otherwise excluded in the Coverage Part to which this endorsement applies. <br />However, the insurance afforded bosuch additional insured: <br />1, Only applies kothe extent permitted bylaw; and <br />2. Will not be brooder than that which you are required by the contract uragreement to provide for such <br />additional insured, <br />B.Status as an additional insured for the person morganization to which this endorsement applies: <br />i. Commences during the policy period and after such written contract oragreement has been executed; <br />and <br />2. Ends when: <br />a. Your ongoing operations for that additional Insured are completed; <br />b. The contractor's contract oragreement isterminated; or <br />c. Your policy cancels orexpires; <br />whichever occurs first. <br />C. With respect to the insurance afforded to the additional insured, the following additional exclusions apply� <br />This insurance does not apply to: <br />1. "Bodily injury", "property damage", "personal and advertising injury' or medical payments arising out of the <br />rendering of, or the failure to nendor, any professional orchitactuma|, engineering or surveying eemioes, <br />including: <br />o.
