RESOLUTION 66-40 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM DEEDS BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located on the east aide of Newhope Street, south of First Street, dedicated vehicular access rights to the City and the present owners have now requested access rights to Newhope, which the City has determined should be granted; and WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located on the north side of Warner Avenue, east of Yale Road dedicated vehicular access rights to the City and the present owners have now requested access rights to Warner Avenue, which the City has determined should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quitclaiming to AKIDA MIYODA and GEORGE MIYODA the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Ail vehicular access rights to Newhope Street over the Southerly 24.00 feet of the following described property: The South 75.00 feet of the North 329.67 feet of the West 290.5 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, in Township 5 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Bolsas, City of Santa Aha, as shown on a map thereof, recorded in Book 51, Page 7, et seq., Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County, and deliver the same to Akida and George Miyoda, 317 South Newhope Street, Santa Ana, California. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quit- claiming IN SEVERALTYTO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD the real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State Of California, described as follows: Ail vehicular access rights to Warner Avenue over the Easterly 25.00 feet of Lot 27 of Tract 3236, as shown on a map thereof, recorded in Book 189, page 23 through 27, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of March, 1966.
