N� Business Auto Policy <br />Policy Endorsement <br />It is understood and agreed that this endorsement amends the BUSINESS AUTO COVERAGE FORM as follows: <br />SCHEDULE <br />Name of Additional Insured Person Or Organization <br />ANY PERSON OR ORGANIZATION THAT YOU ARE REQUIRED BY WRITTEN CONTRACT OR WRITTEN <br />AGREEMENT TO NAME AS AN ADDITIONAL INSURED. <br />1.
