A Santa Ana, CA 92703 Subject: RFP NO. 24-028 Understanding Scope of Services National Safety Services Inc (NSSI) Understanding the Scope of Services under the City of Santa Ana Public Work RFP 24-028. NSSI conducts these tasks with multiple other agencies on a weekly basis. TRAINING All training classes are put into the NSSI Training calendar for ease of sharing with our customers. All Training classes are outlined in emails to the customers explaining class, size, location, duration (Hours or days). Subject of class. Any required reading, equipment, or physical requirements. All Training classes will have NSSI Sign -In Rosters for proof of employee in specific classes. After completion of class, NSSI will generate a certification for the student pertaining to that specific class. This certification will be digital and emailed to the company documented point of contact for safety / training classes. Students are not allowed to miss any portion of these classes. If the student misses' class, they will not receive a certification for that class. In specific cases, time may be made back up (Case by case basis). Any additional training needed will be conducted on a case -by -case basis. Some training may need to occur before a specific job starts to train, reinforce or refresh the employees.
