RFP No. 24-028_Confined Space Rescue Service and Training Dear Ms. Chou, CITY OF SANTA ANA RFP 24-028 CONFINED SPACE RESCUE SERVICE & TRAINING Ancon Marine (dba Ancon Services, or "Anton" for short) is pleased to submit our proposal in response to the City of Santa Ana Public Works Agency's (hereinto referred to as the City) for the City's RFP No. 24-028 entitled Confined Space Rescue Service and Training. Ancon's Long Beach branch, located at 2735 Rose Avenue, Signal Hill, CA, (only :10 minutes from the City's service area), is ready and fully equipped to provide the City the highest level of service from our knowledgeable team of thirty-five (35) industry experts who comprise Ancon's "Diversified Compliance Solutions" (DCS) division. These individuals' are dedicated to the safe and thorough execution of confined space rescue by providing on -site emergency response, project stand-by, permitting, and training of confined space rescue. Ancon Services understands that, if chosen, our DCS team will be responsible for providing all labor, materials services and equipment necessary to ensure the safety and success of the City's confined space operations during permit -required confined space (PRCS) entries performed by City staff, consultants, and contractors. Further, we understand that the majority of these PRCS entries will involve entry into appurtenance vaults containing pipelines, water reservoir tanks, culverts, excavations, trenches, and other such work sites. Ancon's DCS team is prepared to deliver these critical services on an as -needed basis, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to City requirements. In our submittal you will read more about the DCS team approach that includes pre entry assessments, on -site rescue stand-by, continuous monitoring, immediate emergency response as required, and our comprehensive training programs. Please note that Ancon's DCS division operates in full accordance with all local, State, and Federal rules and regulations, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.
