RESOLUTION 66-55 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, KATHERINE L. WALL has executed a deed dated April 7, <br />1966, conveying to the City an easement for street purposes on the <br />south side of Twentieth Street and the east sade of Bush Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, HARBOR SERVICE STATIONS, INC., who acquired title as <br />Westway Petroleum Co., a California corporation, has executed a deed <br />dated April 5, 1966, conveying an easement for street purposes on <br />the north side of Warner Avenue and the west side of Flower Street; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CARRIAGE ESTATES SALES CORPORATION, a California <br />corporation, and G. L. A. DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a California <br />corporation, have executed a deed dated March 29, 1966, conveying <br />to the City an easement for street purposes on the north side of <br />Warner Avenue, west of Flower Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CELIA REBECCA HOLGUIN has executed a deed dated <br />April 5, 1966, conveying to the City easements for street purposes <br />on the east side of Euclid Street and the south side of Seventeenth <br />Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, SANTA ANA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, a California <br />corporation, has executed a deed dated March 30, 1966, conveying to <br />the City of Santa Aha easements for street purposes on the south <br />side of Fourth Street, east of Wright Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City of Santa Ana; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFCRE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds, and Carl J.
