RESOLUTION 66-62 OVERRULING THE DECISION OF THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION AND DENYING VARIANCE ON <br />APPLICATION V.A. 2176, FILED BY WILLIAM ROHRBACHER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning <br />Co~amission granted a variance on application V.A. 2176, filed by <br />WILLIAM ROHRBACHER to permit the use of an R-1 lot at 1715 North <br />Flower Street, Santa Ana, California, for off-street parking; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Appeal Application NO. 175 was duly filed by <br />EMANUEL H. FINK appealing the decision of the Planning Commission <br />to grant said Variance and requesting a hearing before the City <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, a motion to uphold <br />the decision of the Planning Commission in granting said Variance <br />was defeated and the Mayor declared said Variance denied. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana does hereby overrule the decision of the Planning <br />Commission and a variance on application V.A. 2176 is hereby DENIED. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of May, 1966. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
