RESOLUTION 66-65 AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF SANTA ANA, <br />CALIFORNIA, TO EXECUTE FOR THE CITY AN APPLICATION <br />FOR AUTHORITY ALLOWING THE CITY TO PURCHASE THE <br />J. MARTINEZ WATER SYSTEM <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana and the J. Martinez Water <br />System have agreed to the terms of acquisition of said Water System <br />by the City, and said parties are joined in application for <br />authority to sell and purchase the same. <br /> <br /> ~OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Harry H. Harvey, Mayor <br />of the City of Santa Aha, a municipal corporation in California, is <br />hereby ~uthorized and directed to sign the application for sale and <br />purchase of the said J.
