RESOLUTION 66-68 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE
<br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, HOWARD M. DAELEY, MAXINE B. DAELEY, FRED HOFFMAN and
<br />PEARL HOFFMAN have executed a deed dated April 13, 1966, conveying
<br />to the City an easement for street purposes on the south side of
<br />First Street, east of Sullivan Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, GEORGE H. ROSE and MARGARET ROSE have executed a
<br />deed dated March 3, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for
<br />street purposes on the south side of First Street, east of Sullivan
<br />Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, JESUS D. MUNOZ and ISABEL A. MUNOZ have executed a
<br />deed dated April 15, 1966, conveying an easement for street purposes
<br />on the west side of Euclid Street and the south side of Barbette
<br />Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, UNION OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, a corporation, has
<br />executed a deed dated March 21, 1966, conveying to the City an
<br />easement for street purposes at the northeast corner of Santa Clara
<br />Avenue and Tustin Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, EGON JENSEN has executed a deed dated April 15, 1966,
<br />conveying to the City an easement for street purposes on the west
<br />side of Newhope Street, north of Camille Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, IRVINE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX, a corporation, has
<br />executed a deed dated March 8, 1966, conveying to the City an easement
<br />for street purposes on the west side of Redhill Avenue from Dyer Road
<br />to 1320 feet, more or less, south of Dyer Road; and an easement for
<br />street purposes for Dyer Road fro~ Redhill Avenue to 1321.61 feet west
<br />of Redhill Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, IRVINE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX, a corporation, has
<br />executed a deed dated April 19, 1966, conveying to the City an easement
<br />for street purposes for Dyer Road from 1321.61 feet west of Redhill
<br />Avenue to the Newport Freeway; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
<br />paid to said grantors by the City.
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
<br />accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
<br />is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
<br />
<br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
<br />Aha at its regular meeting held on th~ ~nd day of May, 1966.
