RESOLUTION 66-69 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
<br />QUITCLAIM DEED TO OWNERS OF RECORD
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located
<br />at the northeast corner of Santa Clara Avenue and Glassell Avenue
<br />dedicated vehicular access rights to the City and the present owners
<br />have now requested access rights to Glassell Street, which the City
<br />has determined should be granted;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
<br />of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
<br />quitclaiming in severalty TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING
<br />FEE AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, the real
<br />property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
<br />California, described as follows:
<br /> All vehicular access rights to Glassell Street over the Northerly
<br /> 40.00 feet of the Southerly 137.00 feet of the following described
<br /> property:
<br />
<br /> That portion of Block A of the A. B. Chapman Tract as surveyed
<br /> by Frank Lecouvreur, in 1870, in the City of Santa Ana, as shown
<br /> on a map thereof, recorded in Book 102, page 15, Miscellaneous
<br /> Maps, records of Orange County, California, described as follows:
<br />
<br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 48 of the Santa Aha
<br /> Grand Avenue Tract, as shown on a map thereof, recorded in Book 26,
<br /> page 53, Miscellaneous Records, Los Angeles County, California;
<br /> thence Westerly along the Northerly line of Santa Clara Avenue
<br /> tl chains thence Northerly 11.77 chains, more or less, parallel
<br /> to the Westerly line and its Northerly prolongation of said
<br /> Lot 48, to the North line of the land described in the deed to
<br /> Fred Schroeder, recorded December 21, 1880, in Book 76, page 523,
<br /> Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California; thence
<br /> Easterly 11 chains along said Northerly line of the land of
<br /> Schroeder to said Northerly prolongation of the West line of
<br /> Lot 48; thence Southerly 11.77 chains, more or less, along said
<br /> Northerly prolongation and along the Westerly line of said Lot 48
<br /> to the point of beginning,

<br />and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
