RESOLUTION 66-76 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, BERNARD TURBOW and PHYLLIS TURBOW, husband and wife, <br />and BATCHELOR, COHEN & OSTER, a partnership, have executed a deed <br />dated May 2, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for street <br />purposes at the southeast corner of Tenth and Ross Streets; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CELIA REBECCA HOLGUIN has executed a deed dated <br />May 2, 1966, conveying to the City easements for street purposes on <br />the east side of Euclid and the south side of Seventeenth Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ROY EUGENE BOGARDUS, ARLENE JANE BOGARDUS, and LOIS <br />MARION CRANDELL have executed a deed dated April 18, 1966, conveying <br />to the City an easement for street purposes on the west side of <br />Flower Street, north of Wilshire Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ROLAND EUGENE DEVOE and DOROTHY ANN DEVOE have executed <br />a deed dated May 2, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for street <br />purposes on the west side of Flower Street, north of Wilshire Avenue; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LINCOLN SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a corporation, <br />has executed a deed dated April 26, 1966, conveying easements for <br />street purposes at the southeast corner of Seventeenth and Bristol <br />Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, <br />is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of theCity of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of.
