RESOLUTION 66-99 DELETING CONDITIONS IMPOSED <br />BY THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR IN GRANTING A <br />VARIANCE ON VARIANCE APPLICATION 66-37 FILED <br />BY THE SANTA ANA PACKING CO. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Zoning <br />Administrator granted a variance on Variance Application 66-37 <br />filed by the SANTA ANA PACKING CO. to allow the construction of <br />an office addition to an existing meat packing building at <br />4210 West Bolsa Avenue, Santa Ana, California, on property zoned <br />C-2 and M-i; said Variance was granted subject to certain conditions; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Appeal Application No. 177 was duly filed by the <br />applicant appealing the conditions imposed by the Zoning Administrator <br />in his approval of said Variance; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after hearing, has determined that <br />said Variance should be granted, but that conditions 1, 3, and 4, <br />imposed by the Zoning Administrator should be eliminated. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the decision of the <br />Zoning Administrator to grant a variance 9n Variance Application 66-37 <br />to permit the construction of an office addition to an existing meat <br />packing building at 4210 West Bolsa Avenue, Santa Ana, California, on <br />property zoned C-2 and M-l, is hereby approved, but subject only to <br />the condition that the development be according to the approved plot <br />plan. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of July, 1966. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
