RESOLUTION 66-102 ACCEPTING A DEED FROM FIDEL M. <br />AND JOSEPHINE REYES IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SUM <br />OF $10,500 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, FIDEL M. REYES and JOSEPHINE REYES have executed a <br />deed dated June 17, 1966, conveying to the City a parcel of real <br />property at the northeast corner of English and Eighth Streets in <br />consideration of the sum of $10,500;and said transaction is to, be <br />handled through Escrow No. 873658-hrb with First American Title <br />Insurance & Trust C~npany, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa Ans <br />accepts said deed and Carl J.
