RESOLUTION 66-104 REVOKING AND RESCINDING THE <br />ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED FROM VIRGINIA P. MUNOZ BY <br />RESOLUTION 65-99 WITH NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore one VIRGINIA P. MUNOZ delivered to the <br />City a deed dated June 1, 1965, conveying an easement for street <br />purposes on the north side of McFadden Avenue, 180 feet west of <br />Newhope Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said deed was without cash consideration being paid <br />to said grantor by the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution 65-99 the City of Santa Ana accepted <br />said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, was <br />directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed; and <br /> <br /> WHEBEAS, it now appears that the deed executed by VIRGINIA <br />P. MUNOZ was ineffectual by reason of her having, at the time of <br />execution of said deed, no interest in or to the property subject <br />of said deed. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the acceptance of said <br />deed by the City of Santa Ana as contained in Resolution 65-99 is <br />hereby revoked and rescinded and the authority of Carl J.
