RESOLUTION 66-107 ACCEPTING INDENTURES FROM THE TAX CQLLECTOR OF ORANGE COUNTY CONVEYING TAX TITLE TO FOUR LOTS WHEREAS, at the request of the City of Santa Ana that the properties hereinbelow described not be sold for taxes since the same Mere needed by the City for street and other public purposes, procedures were established to sell said lots to the City of Santa Ana and have now been completed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts the four indentures presented by Don S. Mozley, Tax Collector of Orange County, California, and dated July 5, 1966, granting to the City of Santa Ana the four parcels of land shown thereon and described as follows: A.P.911-251-25 That portion of Lot A lying between the Easterly extension of the Northerly line of Lot 32 and the Easterly extension of the Southerly line of Lot 31 of Tract 3293 as per map thereof recorded in Book 104, Pages 30 and 31, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County. in consideration of the sum of $100.00; A.P.#ll-251-26 That portion of Lot A lying between the Easterly extension of the Northerly line of Lot 30 and the Easterly extension of the Southerly line of Lot 29 of Tract 3293 as per map thereof recorded in Book 104, Pages 30 and 31, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County. in consideration of the sum of $25.00; A.P.~ll-251-28 That portion of Lot A lying between the Easterly extendion of the Northerly line of Lot 26 and the Easterly extension of the Southerly line of Lot 25 of Tract 3293 ~as per map thereof recorded in Book 104, Pages 30 and 31 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County. in consideration of the sum of $25.00; A.P.#ll-251-30 That portion of Lot A lying between the Easterly extension of the Northerly line of Lot 22 and the Easterly extension o_f ~ ~,~herly line of Lbt 2~ O~ T~act~3293~a~>~pe~i'ma~ thereof recorded in Book 104, Pages 30 and 31 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County. in consideration of the sum of $25.00; and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council is hereby directed to deliver said deeds, together with a certified copy of this Resolution, to the County Recorder of Orange County for recording. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of August,1966. CLERK OF THE COUNCIL
