RESOLUTION 66-109 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A <br />QUITCLAIM DEED TO O. E. SEEBER IN CONSIDERATION <br />OF THE SUM OF $2,846.25 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City is the owner of an undivided one-half <br />interest of a parcel of real property located at the northeast <br />corner of Walnut and Franklin Streets in the City of Santa Ana, <br />which property is of no value except to the Owner of the remaining <br />undivided one-half interest, who has agreed to purchase the same <br />for a cash consideration of $2,846.25 through Escrow No. 54544-C <br />with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to sign the escrow instructions; that the Mayor and <br />the Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute a deed quitclaiming to ORVILLE E. SEEBER, also known as <br />O. E. SEEBER, the City's interest in and to that certain real <br />property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of <br />California, described as: <br /> <br />Lot 9 in Block B of Tract 233, as shown on a map thereof <br />recorded in Book 13, page 9, Miscellaneous Maps, Records <br />of Orange County, California, <br /> <br />and deliver the same into said Escrow No. 54544-C. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of August, 1966. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
