RESOLUTION 66-112 AMENDING SECTION 3 OF <br />RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 TO ADD CLASS TITLES <br />OF LAW CLERK, SENIOR ACCOUNTANT, AND <br />YARD ATTENDANT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council passed and <br />adopted Resolution No. 58-281, revising and re-establishing the <br />Basic Compensation Plan for employees of the City of Santa Aha; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to add three new classes to the <br />list of class titles contained in said Resolution No. 58-281, as <br />amended, and to allocate salary and wage schedules thereto. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFOBE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Section 3 of Resolution <br />No. 58-281, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding to <br />Section 3 thereof, in proper alphabetical sequence, the foil=wing <br />class titles with the salary and wage schedules set opposite each <br />as next herein set out: <br /> <br />CLASS TITLE <br /> <br />SCHEDULE NO. <br /> <br />Law Clerk 52 <br /> <br />Senior Accountant <br /> <br />60 <br /> <br />Yard Attendant <br /> <br />34 <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this amendment shall take effect <br />on August 15, 1966. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of August, 1966. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF T-~E COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
