The Northerly 15.00 feet of said Lot 59. <br /> <br />Parcel 2. <br /> <br />A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded on <br />the North by the South line of Parcel 1, <br />bounded on the East by the East line of said <br />Lot 59 and bounded Southwesterly by the arc <br />of a curve concave Southwesterly, having a <br />radius of 25.00 feet and tangent to said <br />North and East boundaries. <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over the Southerly 10 feet <br />of Lot 24 of Tract 572, as shown on a map recorded in <br />Book 18, at page 27, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of <br />Orange County, California. <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over those portions of <br />Lots 41 and 42 of Chandler's Addition to Santa Ana, as <br />shown on a map recorded in Book 4, page 37, of Miscellaneous <br />Maps, records of Orange County, California, described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Parcel 1.
