A spandrel shaped parcel of land hounded on the North by the Southerly line of Parcel 1, bounded on the West by the West line of said Lot 42, and bounded South- easterly by the arc of a curve concave Southeasterly, having a radius of 25.00 feet and tangent to said North and West boundaries. An easement for street purposes over the North 15.00 feet of the following described land: Lot 6 in Block "A" of Horace J. Pullen's Fifth Street Tract, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 4, Page 81 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, together with the North one-half of the alley adjoining said land on the South, as abandoned by Resolution No. 3788 of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, a certified copy of said Resolution was recorded June 10, 1949, in Book 1857, Page 20 of Official Records. An easement for street purposes over that portion of the land allotted to Julian Chavez as described in the Final Decree of Partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Aha, which was entered September 12, 1868 in Book "B", page 410 of Judgments of the District Court of the 17th Judicial District in and for Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: Parcel 1. Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Eighth Street (formerly Hickey Street) with the Easterly line of Raitt Street (formerly Artesia Street); thence Easterly along said center line of Eighth Street 300.00 feet to the intersection with the Northerly prolongation of the Easterly line of the land described in deed to the SantaAna Elementary School District recorded January 10, 1929 in Book 228, page 211 Official Records; thence Southerly along said prolongation 40.00 feet; thence westerly, parallel with said center line to Eighth Street, 300.00 feet to a point in -5-
