WHEREAS, GLORIA WOOD IRVINE, as her separate property, as to
<br />an undivided 17/950tbs interest, has executed a deed dated June 25,
<br />1966, granting to the City of Santa Aha easements for street purposes
<br />on the west side of Main Street from Sunflower Avenue to the Pacific
<br />Electric Railroad right of way; on the north side of Sunflower Avenue
<br />from Main Street to Flower Street; and on the north and south sides
<br />of Talbert Avenue fr~ Main Street to Flower Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, GLORIA WOOD IRVINE and SECURITY FIRST NATIONAL BANK,
<br />as Trustees under the Will of Myford Irvine, also known as Myford P.
<br />Irvine, deceased, and the Decree of Distribution of his estate, a
<br />certified copy of which was recorded January 10, 1964 in Book 6879,
<br />page 818 of Official Records with power of sale and the right to lease
<br />as provided in said decree, as to an undivided 57.80/950ths interest,
<br />have executed a deed dated June 25, 1966, granting to the City of
<br />Santa Ana easements for street purposes on the west side of Main Street
<br />from Sunflower Avenue to the Pacific Electric Railroad right of way;
<br />on the north side of Sunflower Avenue from Main Street to Flower Street;
<br />and on the north and south sides of Talbert Avenue from Main Street to
<br />Flower Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, GLORIA WOOD IRVINE, WILLIAM THORNTON WHITE, JR., and
<br />ELDEN C. FRIEL, as Trustees under an Agreement with William T. White IILi
<br />Trustor, dated August 31, 1962, as to an undivided 32/950ths interest,
<br />have executed a deed dated June 27, 1966, granting to the City of
<br />Santa Ana easements for street purposes on the west side of Main
<br />Street from Sunflower Avenue to the Pacific Electric Railroad right of
<br />way; on the north side of Sunflower Avenue from Main Street to Flower
<br />Street; and on the north and south sides ~of Talbert Avenue from Main
<br />Street to Flower Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, LINDA IRVINE GAEDE, a married woman, as her separate
<br />property, as to an undivided 50.20/950tbs interest, has executed a
<br />deed dated July 20, 1966, granting to the City of Santa Ana easements
<br />for street purposes on the west side of Main Street from Sunflower
<br />Avenue to the Pacific Electric Railroad right of way; on the north
<br />side of Sunflower Avenue from Main Street to Flower Street; and on
<br />the north and south sides 'of Talbert Avenue from Main Street to
<br />Flower Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, JOHN F. EWING and JOAN C. EWING have executed a deed
<br />dated July 18, 1966, conveying an easement for street purposes on
<br />the southwest corner of Palm Avenue and Mabury Street to the City of
<br />Santa Aha; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, LONNIE M. DUNN and MARY R. DUNN have executed a deed
<br />dated August 3, 1966, conveying to the City easements for street
<br />purposes on the east side of Ritchey Street, south of Edinger Avenue
<br />to the Freeway; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
<br />paid to said grantors by the City.
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of SantaAna
<br />Accepts said deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
<br />is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
<br />
<br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
<br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of August, 1966.
