RESOLUTION 66-123 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A <br />QUITCLAIM DEED TO OWNERS OF RECORD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located <br />on Fairview Street, south of Warner Avenue, dedicated vehicular access <br />rights to the City and the present owners have now requested access <br />rights to Fairview Street, which the City has determined should be <br />granted. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed <br />quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING <br />FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTEREST MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, vehicular <br />access rights to Fairview Street in the City of Santa Ana, County of <br />Orange, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br />Ail vehicular access rights to Fairview Street from the lands <br />lying west of the west line of Fairview Street over a strip of <br />land, 40.00 feet in width, the center line of which bears South <br />88° 59' 45" West from a point on said center line of Fairview <br />Street, said point being South 1° 00' 15" East 649.00 feet from <br />the intersection of the center lines of Warner Avenue and Fairview <br />as said streets are shown on a map of survey filed in Book 66, <br />Page 8, Records of Survey in the Office of the County Recorder of <br />Orange County, California, <br /> <br />and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of August, 1966. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
