*Any Patrolman assigned to duty on a two-wheeled motorcycle shall <br />receive extra compensation for any month during which the major portion <br />of his duty involves the riding of such motorcycle, and any Patrolman <br />assigned to duty as an Investigator shall receive extra compensation for <br />any month in which the major portion of his duty has been so assigned. <br />The extra compensation in each case shall be, in addition to the regular <br />scheduled pay, the sum of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) per month. <br /> <br /> **Any person employed in the class of Plan Checking Engineer who is <br />not registered in the State of California as a Civil Engineer shall be <br />paid in Schedule 65. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Section 3.1 of Resolution No. 58-281 <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 3.1: Part-Time and Temporary Rates.
